OERs en referenties

Volgens de Organisatie van de Verenigde Naties voor Onderwijs, Wetenschap en Cultuur zijn open leermaterialen (OER) onderwijs-, leer- en onderzoeksmaterialen in elk medium - digitaal of anderszins - die zich in het publieke domein bevinden of zijn vrijgegeven onder een open licentie die kosteloze toegang, gebruik, aanpassing en herdistributie door anderen mogelijk maakt, zonder of met beperkte beperkingen. (UNESCO)
